$195 for a New Patient evaluation (1 hour session) // $175 for Vets & Seniors 65 & older
$125 for a Renewal of card for patients who were previously in the program through another provider (45 min. session)
$100 for yearly renewal of Medical Cannabis Card for current patients of Bryan Krumm (30 minutes)
